    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Amyx is seeking to hire a Senior CWMD Training, Exercise and Readiness SME in support of DTRA. This position will provide technical, logistical, operational, training, and associated ancillary support required to develop, perform and execute DTRA’s Joint Training Plan. This includes planning and conducting classified up to TS/SCI and DTRA JTP events and assessments. The personnel must have expert working knowledge of implementing all four phases of the DoD’s Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces of the United States. The position will also involve supporting the development and execution of intricate and complex CWMD focused training in support of U.S. national military strategy and regional contingency requirements. The position develops, plans and conducts CWMD joint training events aligned with DoD and USG-wide Tier-I exercises in order to ensure proficiency of collective staff mission execution. Identifies strengths and weakness, review issues, lessons learned and recommends and implements refinements to the training audience. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain expertise on executing all steps of the Joint Doctrine Development Process (JDDP).</li>\n <li>Provide expert input and participate in various DoD Joint Doctrine Planning Conferences and joint technical working groups.</li>\n <li>Maintains currency and subject matter expertise on evolving concepts, processes, and tools for CWMD, CBRN, nuclear operations, countering WMD emergent threats.</li>\n <li>Engage with the DoD and NATO community of interest to support CWMD mission area doctrine development.</li>\n <li>Review joint doctrine for the integration of CWMD, counter emergent threats, and network engagement topics into the Joint Doctrine Hierarchy.</li>\n <li>Provide advice on changes to the Universal Joint Task List (UJTL) and maintain proficiency in using the UJTL Task Development Tool.</li>\n <li>Support DTRA’s implementation of the DoD Readiness Reporting System in accordance with DoD Directive 7730.65</li>\n <li>Assist in the doctrinal revision of CWMD joint publications. </li>\n <li>Provide DoD and Allied Doctrine support in accordance with CJCSM 5120.01B</li>\n <li>Review selected publications on behalf of the Government to determine congruence with policy and doctrine and review for technical accuracy, or as otherwise required. Prepare comments accordingly and develop draft doctrinal documents (e.g., Joint Publications) related to countering and deterring WMD and emerging WMD threats.</li>\n <li>Conduct studies related to countering and deterring WMD and emerging WMD threats, including current and possible future strategies, doctrines, plans and annexes; operational handbooks and guides; and policies including, but not limited to, capability gaps and emerging trends.</li>\n <li>Must have the ability to communicate accurate information</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must have a Master Degree and a TS/SCI. Must have 10 years of experience.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of U.S. Government and international partner efforts to counter and deter WMD and emerging threats.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of DoD Strategic Guidance and associated documents.</li>\n <li>Ability to coordinate and reach consensus with other organizations and directorates.</li>\n <li>Analytical, technical, or administrative support expertise related to CWMD/CBRNE/Consequence Management and/or other DoD-related missions and activities preferred.</li>\n <li>DTRA experience preferred.</li>\n <li> Expert working knowledge of implementing all four phases of the DoD’s Joint Training Manual for the Armed Forces of the United States (CJCSM 3500 series).</li>\n <li> Experience supporting the development and execution of intricate and complex CWMD focused training in support of U.S. national military strategy and regional contingency requirements.
