We currently have an opportunity for a <strong>Systems Analyst, EDI (Hybrid*) </strong>to join our team based out of<strong> </strong>Lake Forest, IL.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>*Onsite in Lake Forest, IL Tuesday -Thursday and remote Monday & Friday</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p>\n<p>As a <strong>Systems Analyst-EDI</strong>, you will be responsible for managing our company's electronic data interchange (EDI) operations, ensuring that our EDI systems are functioning effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI operations and management.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage our company's EDI operations, ensuring that our EDI systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.</li>\n <li>Manage EDI mapping for EDI, translation, and testing of EDI documents with trading partners, 3PLs and carriers.</li>\n <li>Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain EDI transactions across multiple systems such as trading partners, ERP, WMS, TMS etc.</li>\n <li>Support onboarding of new customers to EDI</li>\n <li>Functional and Technical knowledge of various EDI standards such as (XML, EDIFACT, API Integrations, X12).</li>\n <li>Required EDI integration experience with ERP (SAP S4, SAP ECC), WMS (SAP LE, EWM), TMS (BlueYonder).</li>\n <li>Collaborate across business units, business partners, stakeholders and various IT team members to shape an EDI solution that meets the business and customer needs.</li>\n <li>Excellent clear communication Skills to liaise between IT, warehouse teams, customer service teams, logistics teams and carriers.</li>\n <li>Work closely with business partners across warehouse, customer service, logistics and carriers to resolve EDI-related systems and process gaps.</li>\n <li>Investigate and resolve EDI transmission errors, failed transactions, and data mismatches.</li>\n <li>Stay updated with EDI formats, standards, and industry best practices for EDI in logistics, order management, credit/collection etc.</li>\n <li>Manage continuous EDI improvements and product roadmap within EDI space for the company by leveraging different types of EDI integration to ensure business process efficiency.</li>\n <li>Maintain EDI security policies and procedures to ensure company's data and systems are secure and compliant.</li>\n <li>Ensure EDI solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with best practices and standards.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with IT leaders to ensure EDI solutions are integrated with other IT systems and applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You will love it here if…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You put safety first, always</li>\n <li>You listen, learn, and evolve</li>\n <li>You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals</li>\n <li>You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity</li>\n <li>You are committed to improving our impact on local communities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>We need you to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.</li>\n <li>3-5 years of hands-on experience in EDI operations and management.</li>\n <li>Strong experience with EDI standards and technologies such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12, AS2, and VAN.</li>\n <li>Hands-on development experience with <strong>webMethods</strong> Integration Server, including EDI mapping and service development in Designer, trading partner configuration, as well as testing and validation of EDI transactions </li>\n <li>Experience integrating EDI with ERP/WMS/TMS (SAP, BY, Oracle, JDA, Infor etc.)</li>\n <li>Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop data-driven recommendations.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Icing on the cake:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Relevant certifications, such as Certified EDI Professional, are a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Want to know more?
