This role is ideal for a provider who thrives in a fast-paced urgent care environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You will work collaboratively with physicians and support staff while managing a diverse range of acute medical conditions.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide comprehensive patient care in a high-volume urgent care setting</li>\n <li>Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of acute illnesses and injuries</li>\n <li>Perform procedures within scope of practice and training</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary team members</li>\n <li>Actively participate in daily team huddles and support clinical staff with workflow and process improvements</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system</li>\n <li>Utilize and support AI-assisted EMR documentation tools as appropriate</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications & Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Active and unrestricted <strong>PA or NP license in the state of Texas</strong></li>\n <li>Minimum of <strong>2 years of urgent care experience preferred</strong></li>\n <li>National certification:\n  <ul>\n   <li>PA: NCCPA</li>\n   <li>NP: AANP or ANCC</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>DEA license</strong> (or ability to obtain within 90 days)</li>\n <li><strong>DOT certification</strong> preferred (or ability to obtain within 90 days)</li>\n <li><strong>ACLS and PALS certifications</strong> preferred but not required</li>\n <li>Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), etc.)</li>\n <li>Competitive compensation with a consistent and predictable schedule</li>\n <li>Opportunity to work with diverse and high-acuity patient populations</li>\n <li>Supportive and collaborative clinical environment</li>\n <li>Modern facilities equipped with advanced diagnostic tools</li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Schedule & Compensation:</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Schedule:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:45 AM – 8:00 PM)</li>\n   <li>Rotating Saturdays (7:45 AM – 5:00 PM)</li>\n   <li>Closed on Sundays</li>\n   <li>Closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (holiday rotations apply)</li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li><strong>Compensation:</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Competitive shift-based pay: <strong>$75–$80 per hour</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>#IND1</p>",
