font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Solution Development:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Design, develop, and implement custom extensions and integrations for Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Utilize C#, .NET, and other programming languages to develop high-quality code that meets business requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">System Integration:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Develop and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Apps and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Utilize Azure services, Logic Apps, Power Automate, and other tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and process automation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Implement and manage APIs for data exchange between systems.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">Technical Leadership:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Provide technical guidance and support to functional consultants and other team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to customizations and integrations<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\"> Project Involvement:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Collaborate with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and deployment guides.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold\">  Support and Troubleshooting:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Collaborate with functional teams to address system functionality, fix bugs and implement enhancements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(56, 49, 47); font-weight: bold\">Candidate Profile: Preferred Qualifications, Experience and skill set</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Consultant serving international clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Scrum certifications or experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, PL-100, PL-200, PL-600) preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Possesses and displays sound judgment, initiative, and flexibility. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
