          "text": "<p>The Division of General and Gastrointestinal Surgery in the Department of Surgery at Dalhousie University, Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health are seeking to hire a full-time academic Breast and General Surgeon. This position will have its clinical base at the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia with breast clinics and surgeries at the IWK Women’s Health Center.&#xa0; The QEII Health Sciences Centre is the tertiary referral and quaternary care centre for approximately 2.5 million people in the Atlantic Provinces.&#xa0; Clinical work will be focused on breast surgery (70%) but will include a component of general adult surgery (30%).</p>",
