font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with clinical department directors to monitor charge capture functions across all clinical areas.</li>\n<li>Evaluate current charging and coding structures and processes in clinical departments to ensure appropriate capture and reporting of revenue and compliance with government and third-party payer requirements.</li>\n<li>Advise service line leaders and their staff on proper usage of charge codes, identifies opportunities for capturing additional revenue in accordance with payer guidelines; develops specifications to modify existing charge capture applications to reduce charge-related claim edits/rejections.</li>\n<li>Provide guidance and communication on correct charge capture, coding and billing processes to clinical departments.</li>\n<li>Train and assist clinical team with revenue integrity functions.</li>\n<li>Stay current on industry best practices, and regulatory changes affecting revenue cycle operations.</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\">What you bring to the table:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in finance, Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration.</li>\n<li>Experience of more than five (5) years in a hospital setting or healthcare industry with a focus on charge integrity, charge reconciliation or charge compliance will be considered in lieu of education.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including registration, billing, collections, and reimbursement.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Effective communication and collaboration skills across clinical, financial, and technical teams.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;
