font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><u>Major Roles and Responsibilities</u></span></h3><h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Equipment Maintenance &amp; Reliability</span></h3><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain all production processes and related equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production and support equipment.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Conduct emergency and unscheduled repairs during production to minimize downtime.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Complete scheduled maintenance repairs during planned machine service periods.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Install new process equipment and assist with equipment upgrades or modifications.</li></ul><h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Mechanical, Electrical &amp; Technical Support</span></h3><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production machinery.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Diagnose equipment malfunctions using manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Read and interpret technical documentation, equipment manuals, and work orders to complete repairs accurately.</li></ul><h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Work Order &amp; Documentation Management</span></h3><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Perform assigned maintenance work orders within required timeframes.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Accurately document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in applicable logs or CMMS systems.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Communicate equipment status, recurring issues, and repair needs to supervisors or production teams.</li></ul><h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Follow lockout/tagout, confined space, and other safety protocols as required.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure waste generated during maintenance activities is handled, stored, and disposed of in compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.</li></ul><h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Tools, Housekeeping &amp; Shop Practices</span></h3><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Safely operate power tools, hand tools, and shop equipment required for maintenance tasks.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Maintain good housekeeping practices within maintenance areas and production environments.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are kept organized and serviceable.</li></ul><h3><span style=\"font-size: 16px;
