The Campus President is the designated school director for ABHES.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Manage campus operations</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide support to Dean of Nursing and Dean of General Education, optimize academic support resources, and oversee the campus student success.</li>\n <li>Ensure an environment conducive to learning through effective space planning, security, emergency response, maintenance, and budget management.</li>\n <li>Partner with function leaders at the campus to ensure appropriate and effective use of budget to support the campus’s success.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with marketing for campus announcements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Build a highly effective team</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Recruit, develop, and supervise team; focus on creating a student-centric culture through fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.</li>\n <li>Effectively manage personnel, budget, and resources to foster high colleague engagement.</li>\n <li>Support employee development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Achieve academic results</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Promote student success and satisfaction by facilitating students’ access to College resources.</li>\n <li>Foster student engagement, including through the coordination of campus events.</li>\n <li>Collaborate closely with the Executive Director of Enrollment Services and Provost to achieve College and campus goals.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Strategically engage with stakeholders</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Cultivate collaboration with community partners; act as an ambassador for the College to enhance its reputation.</li>\n <li>Establish effective communication with all stakeholders including colleagues, students, advisory board members, and campus partners.</li>\n <li>Regularly interact with all students.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to accreditation standards</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in annual Advisory Board meetings.</li>\n <li>Monitor completion of required campus plans or documents to meet regulatory requirements (i.e., AHBES requirements).</li>\n <li>Serve on relevant committees for the campus and the College.</li>\n <li>Serve as the designated ABHES school director and collaborate with the Dean of Nursing and Dean of General Education to achieve retention, placement, and NCLEX-RN pass rate goals.</li>\n <li>Maintain compliant records, including grievance and security reports.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At Arizona College of Nursing, we believe in a collaborative approach where all colleagues work together towards our shared goals. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Must have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Master’s degree or higher in leadership, education, healthcare, business, or a related field. Degree must be from an institution accredited by the US Secretary of Education or CHEA. Equivalent skills and experience will be considered.</li>\n <li>3-5 years' demonstrated experience in effective operational leadership.</li>\n <li>Experience in a role with P&L responsibility.</li>\n <li>Strong negotiation skills, able to bring others together and negotiate differences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in nursing or higher education.</li>\n <li>Experience with industry technological programs or similar programs (i.e. Nexus, Anthology, Canvas).</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Offering You:</h2>Competitive pay and opportunities for professional development.
