          "text": "<p>Minimum 5 years experience of development on SAS on mainframe environment.</p><p>Minimum 5 years of experience on production support for mainframe applications</p><p>Some of the high-level work would include:</p><p>To develop and support application written in SAS language and SAS Macros</p><p>production support for the various batch jobs running on the mainframe environment</p><p>learning the Client's code base, how it works today</p><p>being able to grasp how it needs to change going forward</p><p>participate as an active thought partner in how to define and accomplish a technical solution</p><p>help resolve data problems by explaining what the code is doing and documenting as needed to communicate</p><p>technically fix coding problems in the existing code base, or be able to rewrite programs, macros, Procs, JCL etc. to implement a better newer technical approach</p><p>doing analysis to inform me and others, come up with technical alteratives and estimates for the work</p>",
