Job Summary Join our fast-growing team to improve lives through real estate! As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for people looking for an apartment. You’ll answer questions, schedule and conduct tours, and complete move-ins for seven properties (388 units). While administrative work is handled from the Beaver Falls leasing office at Sylvan Ridge Apartments , you’ll regularly travel to properties around Beaver Falls, Monaca, and Aliquippa. Compensation : On-target earnings of $50,000–$70,000 annually , combining an $18/hour base with significant performance-driven commissions. Medical, vision, dental, pet, and life insurance with company contribution 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off , paid holidays, sick time, and mental health days Company profit-sharing program Mileage reimbursement Healthy lifestyle reimbursement program Professional development stipend Team outings and volunteer events Discounted rates at Birgo properties Core Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents Lease apartments according to Fair Housing standards Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings Process rental applications quickly and accurately Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy Monitor listing postings and advertisements Assist property manager with tenant care and retention Other projects as assigned to help Birgo improve lives through real estate Successful Candidate Profile Knowledge & Experience 1+ year of leasing experience preferred; relevant sales, customer service, or hospitality experience will also be considered General knowledge of multifamily leasing principles, including Fair Housing Experience with property management and leasing software (preferred) High school diploma Work Style Quickly connects and builds relationships Enthusiastically persuades and motivates others Goals and results-oriented Self-confident & self-motivating Passionate about improving people’s lives and communities Attentive to details Other Requirements Travel within a specified region Insured vehicle and valid driver's license Able to use a computer for a full workday Able to work on-site with limited remote work flexibility Flexibility to work on evenings and weekends More about Birgo Birgo Realty and Birgo Capital offer an exciting start-up environment, characterized by fast growth and an entrepreneurial spirit.
