    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Per Diem PNP position in Charlotte!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pediatrix is seeking an experienced, per diem, certified PNP to join our cohesive practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Our practice consists of 10 full-time and 4 per diem PNPs</li>\n <li>We offer 9-hour shifts</li>\n <li>PNPs are responsible for covering the newborn service at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center</li>\n <li>PNPs are also responsible for covering newborn services at the Novant Health Medical Centers in Matthews and Huntersville</li>\n <li>With approximately 6300 deliveries and an average daily newborn census of 35 babies, Presbyterian Medical Center continues to increase its newborn services</li>\n <li>Besides the growing the newborn practice, the neonatologists also supervise the care of approximately 15,000 well babies annually</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Current APRN national specialty certification</li>\n <li>Minimum of a master’s degree </li>\n <li>NC license required</li>\n <li>Certified PNP with recent experience required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>\n<p>Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Take great care of the patient, every day and every way.TM </em></strong>At Pediatrix & Obstetrix, that’s not only our motto at work each day; it’s also how we view our employees and their families.
