We&rsquo;re always looking for talented individuals to join our team.</span></p><p>&nbsp;<strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks across multiple sites</li><li>Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, wireless access points, WANs, VPNs, DNS and DHCP</li><li>Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation</li><li>Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security</li><li>Handling telecom systems, including circuits, server hardware, application software, and phone provisioning</li><li>Developing cyber security incident plan, response, and DR procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting</li><li>Assisting property level IT staff with diagnosing network related issues</li><li>Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks</li><li>Arranging scheduled upgrades</li><li>Investigating faults in the network</li><li>Updating network equipment to the latest firmware releases</li><li>Reporting network status to key stakeholders</li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive understanding of network services and networks such as TCP/IP, OSPF and EIGRP</li><li>In-depth understanding and&nbsp;practical knowledge of networking systems such as VoIP, SDWAN, site-to-site VPN, and SAN connectivity</li><li>Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently</li><li>Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and security infrastructure</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to manage several projects simultaneously from design to implementation</li><li>Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members but also to coworkers in other departments who may not have knowledge of networking technical terminology</li><li>Hands on experience with equipment from Cisco, HP, and Palo Alto</li><li>Ability to travel&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Training:</strong></p><p>Required: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)</p><p>Preferred: BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field; Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)</p><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><p>5 to 10 years of related work experience in network administration</p></div></div>\n    </div>\n  \n",
