Our mission is to provide top-quality patient care through comprehensive mental health and co-occurring addiction treatment services for adolescents and adults.</p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Kirkland Campus:</strong> 157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.</li>\n <li><strong>Everett Campus:</strong> 30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center’s Pacific Campus.</li>\n <li><strong>Monroe Campus:</strong> 34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.</li>\n <li><strong>Bellevue Outpatient</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Fairfax Behavioral Health</strong> offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women’s-focused programs. With over 94 years of service, we are dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. We prioritize patient recovery, offering a supportive environment and a comprehensive plan for long-term sobriety and improved mental health.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p><u>Details</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Manageable and Sustainable Caseload:</strong> Average of 15 patients per day [All ages from 13+].</li>\n <li><strong>Flexible Schedule:</strong> Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts. </li>\n <li><strong>Work-Life Balance:</strong> Once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Primary Duties</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct medical assessments, initial H&Ps within 24 hours of admission, follow-ups, and patient discharges for adolescents and adults. </li>\n <li>Work closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement integrated treatment plans that address both mental health and medical issues. </li>\n <li>Co-manage patients with complex medical comorbidities during their length of stay, alongside Psychiatrists, other mental health providers, and support staff. </li>\n <li>Provide medical education to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications that may impact overall health.</li>\n <li>Provide medical consults as needed in the General Adult units, Mission Resiliency Program (military, veterans, etc.), and Detox/SUD units.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:</strong> This position <strong><u>requires 3+ years</u></strong> of previous work experience as an NP or PA (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><u>Benefits and Compensation</u></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Salary range: $140,000-$184,000</li>\n <li>Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, and more.</li>\n <li>Malpractice insurance covered.</li>\n <li>26 days Paid Time Off annually.</li>\n <li>CME package</li>\n <li>Full-time, employed W-2 position. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><u>Required Education, Experience, Licensure, & Certifications</u></p>\n<li><strong>Education: </strong>NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.</li>\n<li><strong>Licensure:</strong> Current Washington APRN license in good standing.</li>\n<li><strong>Credentialing:</strong> Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.</li>\n<li><strong>Required Experience:</strong> 3+ years of prior work experience in a clinical FNP role required (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).</li>\n<p>Kirkland, WA, offers a vibrant lifestyle with its picturesque waterfront, bustling downtown, and numerous parks and recreational opportunities.
