Recommend products and services with the best combination of performance and cost based on customer requirements</li><li>Identify target prospects and create strategic plans to turn prospects into customers</li><li>Build and sustain strong, long lasting customer relationships</li><li>Constantly promote Baldwin&rsquo;s value by providing best in class customer service and technical expertise</li><li>Coordinate with product specialists and inside sales team to efficiently manage current business and secure new business</li><li>Maintain professional working relationships with strategic suppliers to Baldwin</li><li>Participate in company-sponsored sales and technical training sessions</li></ul><p><strong>The ideal candidate possesses:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated success in outside sales, industrial sales experience a plus</li><li id=\"isPasted\">Proven experience and success in developing new business, building repeat business, and managing a sales territory</li><li>Established client relationships in industrial markets</li><li id=\"isPasted\">High School Diploma or GED.
