    "requisitionDescription": "<p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Title:&nbsp;</strong>Distribution<strong>&nbsp;</strong>Center Supervisor</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Reports to:&nbsp;</strong>Sr. Manager, Distribution</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Ellabell, GA</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Hours:&nbsp;</strong>Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Join us at our brand new, 500,000 square foot distribution center in the Savannah area (Ellabell, GA)</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all inbound operations within the distribution center, ensuring accurate receiving, efficient unloading, proper documentation, and smooth flow of inventory into the facility. This role ensures safety, accuracy, and speed while leading a team of receiving associates and collaborating with internal departments.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee daily receiving operations, including scheduling inbound shipments, unloading trucks, and verifying product against documentation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure accurate counting, labeling, and system entry of all inbound inventory.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead, train, and develop Associates with varied levels of experience, ensuring workflow coverage and productivity.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain high inventory accuracy and ensure all discrepancies are investigated and resolved promptly.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with Inventory Control, Quality, and Warehouse Operations to ensure proper product flow.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor staffing, workload, and equipment needs to support inbound volume.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enforce receiving procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure dock organization, cleanliness, and adherence to OSHA safety standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Communicate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal departments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare daily receiving reports and performance metrics.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education and Experience:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prior experience in warehouse shipping or logistics operations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Previous lead or supervisory experience leading teams of 20 or more hourly associates</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong safety mindset with proven experience enforcing safety protocols in receiving or warehouse operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Tier One WMS experience required; Blue Yonder experience is a plus.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience in automated, fast-paced facilities running multiple shifts.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervisory experience leading warehouses or receiving teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience working with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience partnering with inventory and quality departments.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Mathematical skills to perform basic functions and calculations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Good communication skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds regularly</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organization and accuracy capabilities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Detail-oriented, and professional</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>About CFS Brands</strong>:&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Headquarters located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, CFS BRANDS is a market-leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of commercial foodservice, healthcare, and industrial hygiene products.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">CFS Brands is committed to creating an inclusive work environment with a diverse workforce.
