This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take on meaningful work.  We’re looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our supportive and safety-focused team. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and provide training, mentorship, and career growth opportunities in a respectful, team-oriented environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely and effectively operate a variety of heavy equipment, including dozers, excavators, scoop trams, rock trucks, hook trucks.</li>\n<li>Perform thorough pre-operational checks and keep slip tanks topped off to ensure reliable equipment performance.</li>\n<li>Load and move a diverse range of materials such as earth, rock, and demolition debris with accuracy and care.</li>\n<li>Carry out preventative maintenance and daily equipment checks, while keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.</li>\n<li>Support a team-oriented work environment by assisting with general site housekeeping, fueling, and equipment care.</li>\n<li>Safely transport materials from excavation sites to stockpiles, focusing on efficiency and precision.</li>\n<li>Take part in general labour and team support tasks such as digging, sweeping, monitoring, sampling, and spotting for trucks.</li>\n<li>Work in a respectful and inclusive environment where everyone’s contribution is valued and opportunities for growth are encouraged.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who You Are</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years’ experience operating heavy construction equipment.</li>\n<li>Class 3 License with Air Brake certification will be considered an asset.</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and willingness to persevere through difficult weather conditions, challenging work site environments, and long demanding work days.</li>\n<li>Opportunity to grow skills through mentorship and training in a supportive environment.</li>\n<li>Inclusive and respectful workplace where diversity is valued and encouraged.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Need</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.</li>\n<li>Must be Fit-for-Work each day.</li>\n<li>Must have the ability to stand for extended periods of time.</li>\n<li>Safely work and travel in all weather conditions.</li>\n<li>Must be willing to work shift work.</li>\n<li>A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn new things</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We’re committed to providing a safe, supportive work environment.
