We have available positions in both Preschool and Infant/Toddler classrooms.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Details:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time: <strong>40 hours per week, Monday–Friday</strong>, <strong>12 Month Calendar</strong>  </li>\n <li>Rate of pay: <strong>$17.75 per hour</strong>.</li>\n <li>Racker offers benefits including tuition assistance, health insurance, and a 20% discount on childcare services for children and grandchildren of full-time staff. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Start your rewarding career—apply today!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Support individual children and the overall classroom needs under the guidance of the classroom teacher.</li>\n <li>Contribute to implementing IEPs to support children’s instructional and social-emotional growth in large group, one-on-one and small group settings, embedding learning across the day.</li>\n <li>Assist children with daily tasks such as toileting, feeding, dressing, lifting, and positioning.</li>\n <li>Implement individualized strategies consistently as directed by teacher.</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records and complete program-related documentation.</li>\n <li>Participate respectfully in a multidisciplinary team, including daily debriefs and weekly team meetings. </li>\n <li>Adhere to professional standards of behavior and dress while contributing to a positive work culture.</li>\n <li>Attend required training and uphold program regulations.</li>\n <li>Accept feedback, show initiative, and contribute to the development of the educational setting.</li>\n <li>Bring your creativity, energy, and love of children!</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education, Experience, & Skills:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old on date of hire.</li>\n <li>One year of special education or early childhood-related work experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and collaboration skills.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Capability</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to physically assist children to participate in the program; ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds; ability to engage in repetitive movements such as sitting/kneeling on floor, bending and stooping; ability to move quickly to attend to a running child.</li>\n</ul>Our approach to Diversity and Inclusion -\n<strong>\"A world where all people know they belong.\"</strong>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>",
