    "description": "<p>You will join a multidisciplinary team developing software for <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">electric vehicle (EV) charging stations</span>. The project focuses on ensuring robust communication between embedded systems, backend services, and user interfaces.</p>\n<p>As a QA Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing test strategies to ensure the reliability and safety of the C++-based software running on embedded devices.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and execute manual and automated test cases for embedded C++ applications.</li>\n<li>Develop test frameworks and scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and robustness.</li>\n<li>Perform integration, system, and regression testing on hardware prototypes and real charging units.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with developers to identify and resolve defects.</li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews, software validation, and certification activities.</li>\n<li>Maintain test documentation and ensure compliance with automotive and e-mobility standards (e.g., ISO 15118, OCPP).</li>\n<li>Coordinate testing activities with the team in Bolzano (approx. 50% on-site presence required).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in software testing, preferably for embedded or automotive systems.</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">C++</span> (understanding code, debugging, test automation).</li>\n<li>Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g., GoogleTest, CppUnit, Jenkins, or similar).</li>\n<li>Familiarity with communication protocols (TCP/IP, CAN, OCPP, ISO 15118) is a plus.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">hardware-in-the-loop (HIL)</span> or similar test setups.</li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Linux-based environments.</li>\n<li>Fluent in English (Italian or German is a plus).</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel and work on-site in Bolzano up to 50%-75% of the time.</li>\n</ul>",
