          "text": "<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p><p>KPFF offers competitive hourly compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications. For this role, the anticipated pay range is <strong>$40–$60 per hour</strong>, and the position is overtime eligible, with overtime paid at 1.5x the hourly rate in accordance with local labor laws.</p><p>In addition, KPFF offers performance-based bonuses at the Reporting Center level.
