    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities will include:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of warehouse materials, goods and products to distribute within the business</li>\n<li>Line Side Fulfilment of material parts production activity</li>\n<li>Stock control of finished goods, consumables and materials</li>\n<li>Packing and preparing delivery of goods to customers</li>\n<li>Providing components from stock for all departments</li>\n<li>Ensure that inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled</li>\n<li>Liaise with other departments to ensure that all orders are tracked and updated with estimated delivery times</li>\n<li>Stock Counting experience</li>\n<li>Maintain the stores in a neat and tidy fashion</li>\n<li>Updating our ERP system of stock received against purchase orders</li>\n<li>Compliance with all company policies, in particular our quality, health and safety and environmental policies</li>\n<li>Any other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills and experience required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous proven experience working within a mechanical / electrical production assembly environment</li>\n<li>Familiar with using MS Excel, MS Outlook and preferably a stock management system.</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), good collaboration skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams</li>\n<li>Results-orientated and good attention to detail</li>\n<li>Good understanding and appreciation for health and safety to ensure a safe working environment for you, your colleagues and visitors at all times</li>\n<li>A strong team player, self-motivated with a can-do attitude.</li>\n<li>A curious approach consistently exploring opportunities to learn.</li>\n<li>To be delivery focussed, seeking feedback on one’s own performance and outputs.</li>\n<li>A supportive attitude demonstrating patience and a willingness to help those around you.</li>\n<li>A flexible approach to work.</li>\n<li>An open mindset encouraging others to share their views and opinions</li>\n<li>Forklift truck license</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of using Microsoft Navigation Dynamics ERP system</li>\n<li>Experience in operating forklift vehicles.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Internal:</span> Production Assembly / Stores, Supply Chain and Purchasing teams.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">External:</span> Shipping hauliers, and delivery companies</p>",
