This will be a permanent role for the right candidate with ample opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to innovative drug development projects. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive individual with a background in life sciences and a collaborative mindset who thrives in a fast-paced biotech environment.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Key responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Coordinate the execution of in vitro and in vivo preclinical studies by interfacing with internal scientific teams and external CROs; ensure alignment on study design, timelines, logistics, and data collection to support key development milestones</span></li>\n<li><span>Support study start-up and execution by reviewing and organizing study plans, protocols, contracts and communication workflows</span></li>\n<li><span>Manage procurement, shipment, and inventory processes for reagents, samples, and study-related materials</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform literature review, data analysis and support preparation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to aid project tracking and decision-making</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Essential qualifications </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>PhD in a scientific discipline such as biology, biomedical sciences or a related field</span></li>\n<li><span>At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing preclinical research projects, preferably in cancer biology and immunology, within biotech, pharma, or academic settings</span></li>\n<li><span>Prior experience of working in a CRO environment </span></li>\n<li><span>Proficiency in MS office and data analysis tools such as GraphPad</span></li>\n<li>Prior experience of working in a CRO environment</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective collaboration with external stakeholders and CROs, including those based in China</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Desirable qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Background or experience working with therapeutic antibodies and or antibody-drug conjugates</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">OUR MISSION &amp; VALUES</span></p>\n<p>Our fast-growing biotechnology company is committed to discovering and developing important new drugs for cancer and autoimmune diseases, and living by our values: Excellence, Determination, Teamwork, Intellectual Integrity and Audacity.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOIN US AT THE FRONTIER OF DRUG DISCOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for passionate and motivated individuals committed to solving important, complex problems.
