    "description": "<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>The Evening Health & Safety Coordinator (EHS) is a key individual contributor responsible for providing administrative support and overseeing organizational safety and health programs. This role ensures a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations and best practice standards. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Monday - Thursday (*OT on Fridays as needed) </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>4:00pm - 2:00am</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Highlights of your role</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate Safety & Health activities at a manufacturing site to comply with all applicable regulations, company processes, policies, programs, and procedures to promote a best-in-class safety culture centered on injury prevention </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Champion all Safety & Health activities within the facility by working closely with department leadership, employees, and site management to recognize, generate and implement ideas to continually improve safety performance through a mix of leading and lagging indicator-driven efforts and initiatives </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in maintaining local Safety & Health policies and procedures within a facility, which will adhere to no less than Enterprise-level material </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain employee records documenting certifications or licenses obtained, completion of training, and other employee records as it relates to Safety & Health </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the team with conducting Safety & Health audits, including documenting findings and producing reports </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide information, signs, posters, barriers, and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and to prevent access to hazardous conditions </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with the testing and servicing of safety equipment and systems </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support the implementation of administrative or engineering controls to abate or minimize safety hazards </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Schedule applicable health screenings and ensures completion for designated facility needs (hearing, hazmat physical, respiratory fit testing, etc.)  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist and participate in local Safety & Health teams (e.g., Safety Committee, Ergonomics Team, etc.)  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follow up on root cause and corrective actions data entry in incident reporting system </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience </li>\n <li>Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred </li>\n <li>Excellent communication and computer skills (Microsoft Office) </li>\n <li>Aptitude for technology </li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively with management as well as with associates from the floor </li>\n <li>Willingness to grow within the Safety & Health space, including seeking additional training and certifications  </li>\n <li>Ability to travel (<10% per year)   </li>\n <li>Willingness to work occasionally outside of core hours </li>\n <li>Ability to frequently stand and walk around facility  </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin</h2>\n<p>From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
