In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver innovative technology solutions with a focus on generative AI and process automation.You will play a key role in bridging business needs with modern AI capabilities, leveraging tools such as Microsoft Copilot and large language models to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable value. This position is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with a passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Partner with Business</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations to identify automation and AI opportunities.</li>\n <li>Facilitate workshops to uncover pain points, define use cases, and align on solution direction.</li>\n <li>Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Design Smart, Scalable Solutions</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design AI-driven and automation-enabled solutions, including workflows, integrations, and system interactions.</li>\n <li>Partner with IT and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and enterprise-aligned solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Work Hands-On with AI</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and refine prompts and workflows for AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, and Databricks.</li>\n <li>Monitor AI outputs for quality, bias, and accuracy, and help implement guardrails and best practices.</li>\n <li>Stay current with emerging AI and automation trends to continuously improve solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Drive Process Improvement and Adoption</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze current processes, design future-state workflows, and identify efficiency gains.</li>\n <li>Support change management efforts, including training, communications, and adoption tracking.</li>\n <li>Create documentation such as standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base content.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Ensure Quality and Measure Impact</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Support User Acceptance Testing ensuring solutions meet business expectations.</li>\n <li>Build dashboards and reports to track performance, usage, and business impact.</li>\n <li>Measure return on investment and continuously optimize deployed solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Lead Everyday AI Enablement</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.</li>\n <li>Deliver training sessions and workshops for both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n <li>Develop practical resources such as prompt libraries and workflow guides to drive adoption.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>You will love it here if…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You put safety first, always</li>\n <li>You listen, learn, and evolve</li>\n <li>You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals</li>\n <li>You treat all people with respect, operating ethically, and embrace inclusivity</li>\n <li>You are committed to improving our impact on local communities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>We need you to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.</li>\n <li>1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related IT role.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, or Databricks</li>\n <li>Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.</li>\n <li>Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel.</li>\n <li>Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Icing on the cake:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in consumer package goods or manufacturing environments.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 ERP, Microsoft Dynamics CRM.</li>\n <li>Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or AWS Step Functions.</li>\n <li>Certifications in business analysis, AI or machine learning fundamentals, or related areas.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or data pipeline concepts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Why Join us:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work on real-world applications of generative AI in a business environment.</li>\n <li>Collaborate across teams and contribute to high-impact initiatives.</li>\n <li>Gain hands-on experience with modern tools and technologies.</li>\n <li>Help shape how AI is adopted.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Want to know more?
