    "description_html": "<p>&nbsp;<strong>Job Type</strong></p><p>Contract</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>Multi-sports Instructor position takes place during the calendar year.</p><p><br></p><p>Please note: this role is not limited to after-school hours. Sessions may be scheduled any day of the week and at various times, including mornings, afternoons, or evenings, depending on the program and site needs.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Follow all directives from Company administrators.&nbsp;</li><li>Distribute reports and documentation to administrators, directors, and/or athletes as needed to establish organized, compliant, and coherent athletic program.</li><li>Follow all of the established company rules pertaining to multi-sports program.</li><li>Teach and coach techniques and skills needed to ensure a successful multi-sports program</li><li>Instruct athletes in the fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary to achieve individual and team success.</li><li>Formulate and model moral values, pride of accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline, and self-confidence for all athletes.</li><li>Collect, distribute, and maintain the remote and athletic equipment during the season</li><li>Instill in each player a respect for equipment and host school property.</li><li>Establish a good working relationship with players, parents/ guardians to communicate the needs of participants to improve the skills</li><li>Communicate with athletic trainer concerning injuries and participants playing status.</li><li>Be an advocate of the program to create a high retention rate among current participants.</li></ul>",
