The role serves as a subject matter expert in data analytics, modeling, and visualization, supporting the analysis of workforce data and development of predictive insights to inform strategic human capital initiatives.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards, and qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients.</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Serve as a subject matter expert in data analytics, statistical modeling, and data visualization for human capital programs.</li>\n <li>Develop, modify, and maintain statistical and predictive analytic models, algorithms, queries, and methodologies.</li>\n <li>Support sustainment and enhancement of Human Capital data ontologies and workforce data structures.</li>\n <li>Coordinate with government IT services directorates to identify and resolve data issues such as migration, validation, and new data capabilities.</li>\n <li>Analyze workforce data to identify trends and recommend process and performance improvements.</li>\n <li>Ensure all analytic deliverables meet quality standards and contract performance requirements.</li>\n <li>Communicate analytic findings and insights effectively to agency leaders, managers, and stakeholders.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related analytical field from an accredited institution.</li>\n <li>Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required.</li>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and modeling.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to perform independent data analysis and modeling with limited guidance.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li> </li>\n</ul>",
