    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The purpose of this job is to help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils in a clean and sanitized condition. In addition, this job requires that the employee keep the machine dishwashing station, dish room, preparation, and storage areas clean and sanitized.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Willingness to follow instructions and accept constructive feedback from departmental supervisors/ managers</li>\n <li>Work in an environment that at times can be hot and humid</li>\n <li>Maintain a neat and orderly work station</li>\n <li>Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and guest interaction</li>\n <li>Report to work on time and in complete uniform</li>\n <li>Assist in other areas as needed</li>\n <li>Adheres to daily/weekly/ monthly cleaning schedules in compliance with all departmental standards</li>\n <li>Completion of any task requested by a supervisor or member of the management team</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience as a Steward or Dishwasher preferred</li>\n <li>Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment</li>\n <li>Understanding of basic kitchen sanitation</li>\n <li>Must be available to work a schedule which will include holidays, weekends, and varied shift times</li>\n <li>Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Ability to converse with guests and employees in English.</li>\n</ul>",
