The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the design and drafting of electrical systems and lighting&#xa0;for educational, commercial, healthcare, and industrial facilities. The candidate will also be enthusiastic, have a desire to work and grow with a multidiscipline engineering team, and be willing to have fun.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Expected annual salary of $75,000 - $90,000.</strong></p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Graduation from a certified CAD training program or a Technical/Associates degree in engineering or related field (preferred)</li><li>Technical/Professional expertise with 3 or more years of electrical design experience in an electrical engineering environment.</li><li>Proficiency in:<ul><li>AutoCAD versions 2010 -2019</li><li>3D design software, Autodesk Revit (preferred), Intergraph CADWorx a plus.</li><li>Bluebeam Revu</li><li>Design and drawing package development on multidiscipline projects</li><li>Setting up new projects utilizing the AutoCAD sheet set manager, template files, dynamic referencing, and coordinated X-refs</li><li>Coordinating with clients and outside design team members on drafting standards and file exchanges</li></ul></li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Required Responsibilities Include:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Prepare layouts; provide input for design proposals and drawings; and analyze and resolve design and production issues in areas such as Power Distribution and Electrical Systems.</li><li>Incorporate design concepts from schematic design into design development and final construction drawings. Determine scale and prepare layouts for detailing.</li><li>Become familiar with accepted design/drafting methods and concepts, engineering and design principles, terminology, and manufacturing materials.</li><li>Provide recommendations for design adaptations and modifications.</li><li>Under supervision, incorporate decision recommendations. Make decisions regarding design suitability using knowledge of specified product materials and production process.</li><li>Apply codes, identify alternatives and solutions to code exceptions, and devise new approaches to problems encountered.</li><li>Perform mathematical calculations using engineering formulas and analysis tools.</li><li>Become familiar with coordinating across a variety of building design disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, architectural, and structural.</li></ul><p><strong>This position is not eligible for sponsorship.</strong></p>",
