EO/AA</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The incumbent is responsible for formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact finding to develop and modify moderately complex information systems. The individual supports a variety of departmental clinical applications as well as interfacing between a broad spectrum of hospital systems. Our five hospitals and eleven clinics provide excellence in our comprehensive services, medical advancement, and overall patient outcomes.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h3>Essential Functions</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Participates in meetings to discuss team and project related activities, issues, change, communications, and updates.</li>\n <li>Performs system builds and testing for software lifecycle activities. Ensures quality outcomes and assesses integrated impact.</li>\n <li>Resolves incidents and work orders work according to agreed upon SLA's and assigned timelines. Completes project tasks on time with quality outcomes.</li>\n <li>Maintains and creates documentation as needed.</li>\n <li>Acts as a resource to end users and team members with regard to application utilization in context with workflow.</li>\n <li>Performs the execution and update of test scripts, including unit, application and integrated test scripts.</li>\n <li>Works with training staff and the instructional designer to guide the build and implementation of training tips and lesson plans to support features and optimization of the system.</li>\n <li>Researches and analyzes new feature requests. Completes system build and testing as defined.
