          "text": "<p><strong>JOB DETAILS</strong></p><p><strong>Day Shift: Mon- Thursday 5a - 3:30p</strong></p><p><strong>Pay starting at $21.50 per hour</strong></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The Harvey Spray Painter is responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint or coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on products, equipment, or structures. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of painting equipment, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.</p><ul><li>Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming.</li><li>Mix paints, coatings, and materials according to specifications and product requirements.</li><li>Operate spray guns, booths, and related painting equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Apply paint or coatings evenly to achieve a high-quality, durable finish.</li><li>Inspect completed work for accuracy, quality, and consistency.</li><li>Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and paint booths.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols, including use of PPE and ventilation systems.</li><li>Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of paints, chemicals, and hazardous materials.</li><li>Keep accurate records of materials used and jobs completed.</li><li>Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.</li><li>Additional overtime as required with notice, typically limited to Monday-Friday</li></ul>",
