The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance, cost management, and supporting the achievement of business objectives.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Financial Oversight and Compliance:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.</li>\n  <li>Develop and implement financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure fiscal responsibility.</li>\n  <li>Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and address any findings.</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Budgeting and Forecasting:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Partner with Plant Leadership Team to develop annual budgets and forecasts aligned with business goals.</li>\n  <li>Provide variance analysis and insightful commentary to explain budgetary discrepancies.</li>\n  <li>Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Strategic Financial Guidance:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.</li>\n  <li>Conduct financial analysis for proposed capital projects, investments, and cost-saving opportunities.</li>\n  <li>Develop financial models to assess the impact of various scenarios on business performance.</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Team Leadership and Development:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.</li>\n  <li>Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.</li>\n  <li>Ensure effective communication and collaboration with other departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA designation preferred.</li>\n <li>Cost Accounting in a manufacturing environment. </li>\n <li>7+ years of progressive experience in financial management within a manufacturing environment.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting requirements.</li>\n <li>Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated success in implementing cost control measures and improving financial performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> <em>Key Experiences & Critical Knowledge</em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Strategic Financial Management: </strong>Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial guidance, contributing to the development and execution of business strategies.</li>\n <li><strong>Budgeting Excellence: </strong>Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic budgeting processes that resulted in improved financial performance and resource optimization.</li>\n <li><strong>Financial Systems Proficiency: </strong>Advanced proficiency in utilizing ERP systems and financial modeling tools to drive accurate financial reporting and analysis.</li>\n <li><strong>Cost Management: </strong>Strong experience in implementing effective cost management strategies, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and optimizing operational expenses.</li>\n <li><strong>Team Building: </strong>Successful history of building and leading high-performing finance teams, creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li>\n <li><strong>Strategic Collaboration: </strong>Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating financial data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>",
