Description

Skillforce is hiring Construction Laborers for ongoing commercial jobsite work in the Berwick PA area. This is steady, full-time work paying $21 to $22 an hour, with weekly pay and a fast start this week. You will be part of an active jobsite. You will move materials, keep the site clean and safe, and help the skilled trades. Show up on time, work hard, and there is room to grow as the project expands. It is hands-on outdoor work on a busy commercial site, and we keep reliable people busy with steady hours. Pay and Schedule • $21 to $22 per hour, W-2 • Weekly pay every Friday • Full-time daytime hours • Overtime available as the project ramps up • Reliable daily attendance is required Responsibilities • Move and stage materials around the site • Load and unload deliveries and supplies • Keep work areas clean, clear, and safe • Assist the skilled trades as needed • General site prep and cleanup Qualifications • Reliable transportation to the Berwick area • Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet • Comfortable working outdoors year round • Must pass a drug screen and background check • Construction or labor experience a plus Benefits • Weekly pay • Medical, dental, and vision available • PTO and paid holidays • 401(k) • Referral bonus program
