Balance Health is the nation’s premier comprehensive lower-extremity focused Physician Practice. We provide leading podiatrists, orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists with operational support so they can spend their time focused on growing their business and delivering exceptional patient care. Position Overview We are seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to serve as the first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will also support a variety of administrative and office functions as needed. Working closely with both providers and patients, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient daily operations while delivering a high standard of compassionate care. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a dynamic, patient-facing role. Travel Requirement: This is an on-site position based in our Denver office. Duties and Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them appropriately, including taking accurate, detailed messages and ensuring timely follow-up Schedule appointments for new and existing patients both by phone and in person Greet patients warmly upon arrival and efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process Utilize the electronic medical record (EMR) system to: Verify insurance coverage and process disability forms Confirm that referrals and prior authorizations are obtained and documented Update patient demographic information as needed Collect co-pays and outstanding balances in a professional manner Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations
