    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Location: Beaverton, OR or Raleigh, NC</p><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>ServiceNow Administrator</strong> to manage, configure, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, platform stability, and continuous improvement of ServiceNow modules to support IT and business operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance&nbsp;</li><li>Configure and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and forms&nbsp;</li><li>Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls&nbsp;</li><li>Support and enhance ITSM, ITOM, and VR modules&nbsp;</li><li>Perform upgrades, patches, and platform releases, including testing and validation &nbsp;</li><li>Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure platform compliance with security and governance standards&nbsp;</li><li>Provide Tier 2/3 support and training for end users as needed&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experience&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and VR processes&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell, Python)</li><li>Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping concepts&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow upgrades and release management&nbsp;</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems&nbsp;</li><li>Familiarity with Agile or ITIL frameworks (ITIL certification a plus)</li></ul><p><br>#LI-JW2</p><p>&nbsp;</p>",
