About the role
Navitas Australasia is seeking a motivated, experienced Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) to lead our student recruitment efforts across India and the wider South Asia region. If you’re passionate about connecting students with life-changing study opportunities and thrive on building meaningful relationships, this could be the next step in your international education career.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be the bridge between students, families, agents, and our trusted education partners. You’ll champion growth, ensure students make informed choices, and help Navitas deliver exceptional outcomes for our partner institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies and campaigns aimed at attracting high-quality prospective students from a variety of backgrounds.
Identify recruitment targets based on institutional goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term enrolment goals.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and adjust as necessary to meet annual enrolment targets.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with high schools, community colleges, educational consultants, and other key stakeholders.
Build partnerships with community organizations, industry leaders, and alumni to enhance recruitment efforts.
Engage with prospective students and their families through one-on-one meetings, campus visits, and recruitment events.
Event Planning & Execution:
Organize and manage recruitment events, including open houses, campus tours, college fairs, and information sessions.
Coordinate travel for recruitment events, ensuring attendance at national and international events when applicable.
Represent the institution at regional, national, and international recruitment events.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Use analytics and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools to monitor trends in student recruitment, application data, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance and present them to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement effective follow-up strategies to ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to enrolment.
Marketing & Communications:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment materials, including brochures, websites, digital content, and social media campaigns.
Ensure that marketing materials are up to date and aligned with the institution's brand and recruitment goals.
Assist with the development of content for recruitment-related communications, such as email marketing, direct mail, and advertisements
Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in higher education, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or enrolment management, ideally in an international context.
Candidate should have a prior knowledge of Singapore, Dubai & Australia destination.
Experience leading initiatives or teams, with a strong track record in developing recruitment strategies.
Comfortable using CRM systems, interpreting data, and speaking at public events or presentations.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
Occasional travel required for recruitment events and outreach.
Flexible hours, with some evening and weekend work as needed.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
