Roadmap</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain elements of the <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS) manufacturing strategy</b> aligned to global AME direction, including equipment platforms, process architectures, and industrialization roadmaps.</li>\n <li>Support alignment of manufacturing strategy to <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b> business growth plans, product portfolio evolution, and regional footprint decisions.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain multi-year <b>capacity, capability, and capital roadmaps</b> in coordination with the Global AME Senior Manager.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Equipment Strategy &amp; Capital Deployment</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead definition and execution of <b>equipment strategies</b> for <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b> manufacturing, aligned to global AME standards and investment priorities.</li>\n <li>Support capital investment planning by developing business cases focused on ROI, risk reduction, capacity enablement, and scalability.</li>\n <li>Own equipment specifications, vendor engagement, FAT/SAT execution, and commissioning governance for assigned programs.</li>\n <li>Ensure equipment solutions meet safety, quality, reliability, and maintainability requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Process Architecture &amp; Standardization</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Define and deploy <b>standard manufacturing processes and operating models</b> across fabrication, assembly, and test operations within <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b>.</li>\n <li>Establish standard process flows, takt assumptions, line concepts, and DFM/DFA guidelines in alignment with global AME direction.</li>\n <li>Drive alignment on process KPIs, performance benchmarks, and operating assumptions across <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b> sites.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Industrial Engineering &amp; Standardization Scope</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Own the <b>industrial engineering (IE) framework</b> for <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b> manufacturing, ensuring consistent application across sites.</li>\n <li>Standardize <b>product routings, work content, labor standards, and line balancing methodologies</b> to enable comparable capacity and cost models globally.</li>\n <li>Define standard approaches for <b>workstation design, material flow, ergonomics, and space utilization</b>.</li>\n <li>Partner with Engineering to influence <b>design standardization and modularity</b> that enables repeatable processes and equipment reuse.</li>\n <li>Establish standard methods for <b>process validation, time studies, and rate setting</b> to support executable capacity and productivity targets.</li>\n <li>Ensure <b>equipment selection and layout decisions</b> are aligned to standardized processes and IE principles, not site-specific one-offs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Capacity &amp; Industrialization</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain <b>executable capacity models</b> (vs. theoretical), accounting for ETO variability, product mix, changeovers, and learning curves.</li>\n <li>Support site loading, make/buy, and footprint decisions using data-driven capacity and capability analysis.</li>\n <li>Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to identify and mitigate capacity, labor, and equipment risks across <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b> operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>NPDI &amp; Technology Enablement</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Partner with Engineering and Product Management to embed manufacturing strategy into NPDI programs early in the lifecycle for <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b>.</li>\n <li>Influence DFM/DFA, modularization, and platform strategies to enable scalable and repeatable manufacturing.</li>\n <li>Evaluate and deploy emerging manufacturing technologies aligned to <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b> cost, quality, and delivery objectives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Deployment, Governance &amp; Global Alignment</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute deployment of new equipment, processes, and manufacturing strategies across <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b> sites in coordination with global and regional AME teams.</li>\n <li>Lead site workshops, readiness reviews, and ramp support activities.</li>\n <li>Ensure disciplined change management, documentation, and long-term sustainability of deployed solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Cross-Functional Leadership</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Act as a strategic manufacturing partner to Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance supporting <b>Infrastructure Solutions (IS)</b>.</li>\n <li>Provide clear, data-driven input to the Global AME Senior Manager on manufacturing risks, constraints, and investment tradeoffs.</li>\n <li>Serve as an escalation point for complex equipment, process, or capacity challenges within assigned scope.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Reporting Relationship</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reports to: <b>Global AME Senior Manager</b></li>\n <li>Works closely with: Regional AME Managers, Plant Leadership, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>\n<p><b>Minimum Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>8–10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, industrialization, or operations.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience owning <b>equipment deployment, process design, and industrialization initiatives</b>.</li>\n <li>Strong background in ETO or high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to translate strategy into executable plant-level solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in electrical infrastructure, power, thermal, or heavy industrial manufacturing.</li>\n <li>Exposure to automation, advanced manufacturing technologies, and global capital programs.</li>\n <li>Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement background.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Key Competencies</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong systems thinking across equipment, process, capacity, and cost.</li>\n <li>Clear, structured communication with both technical teams and leadership.</li>\n <li>Data-driven decision making with financial and operational awareness.</li>\n <li>Ability to influence globally without direct authority.</li>\n <li>Execution-focused mindset with strong follow-through.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Education &amp;
