          "text": "<p><strong>What's the Job?</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a <strong>Strategic Sourcing Manager </strong>to join our Supply Chain/Procurement team at Dexterra Group.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>While this role is often referred to as a Category Manager, at <strong>Dexterra</strong>, we use <strong>Strategic Sourcing Manager</strong> to better represent our focus on building <em>strong supplier partnerships</em> and delivering <em>smart sourcing</em> strategies that drive <em>exceptional service</em> across our business.</p><p><strong>Details</strong></p><p>As our <strong>Strategic Sourcing Manager</strong>, you’ll play a key role and be at the forefront of building partnerships that deliver value, quality, and performance - with a focus on our <strong>food </strong>categories (protein, produce, grocery).</p><ul><li>Developing and executing category strategy roadmaps aligned to Dexterra’s competitive goals.</li><li>Leading RFPs, bid analysis, supplier evaluation, and selection processes.</li><li>Identifying opportunities for cost savings, supplier rationalization, and specification optimization.</li><li>Executing sourcing strategies across Food and Non-Food channels, tailored to operational needs.</li><li>Developing, negotiating, and managing Master Service Agreements (MSAs), including pricing, scope, and contract duration.</li><li>Overseeing full contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance and performance.</li><li>Managing supplier segmentation, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Building strong, strategic relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Collaborating across business units to drive alignment, scale, and procurement efficiencies.</li><li>Leading rollout and adoption of sourcing strategies across national and international teams.</li><li>Leveraging data and analytics to monitor spend, supplier performance, and compliance.</li><li>Conducting supplier risk assessments and supporting mitigation strategies.</li><li>Designing and improving supply chain processes, tools, and category programs.</li><li>Maintaining procurement systems, including preferred supplier catalogues and internal platforms.</li><li>Supporting governance, compliance, and adherence to procurement standards.</li></ul>",
