          "text": "<p>A Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and cost management of $B of operating expenses across enterprise functions including Engineering, Marketing, IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and G&amp;A. This role is a critical finance business partner to senior leaders, driving disciplined spending, high quality insights, and informed investment decisions.</p><p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Forecasting</strong></p><ul><li>Own annual operating plan (AOP), quarterly forecasts, and multi‑year outlooks for operating expenses</li><li>Develop bottom‑up budgets in partnership with functional leaders; challenge assumptions and ensure alignment with corporate targets</li><li>Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast) and clearly explain drivers, risks, and opportunities</li></ul><p><strong>Business Partnership</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary finance advisor to senior leaders across Engineering, Marketing, IT, HR, Legal, and Finance</li><li>Translate business strategy into financial implications and trade‑offs</li><li>Provide data‑driven recommendations on headcount, program spend, vendor contracts, and discretionary investments</li></ul><p><strong>Cost Management &amp; Optimization</strong></p><ul><li>Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives while balancing growth and execution needs</li><li>Monitor run‑rate, productivity metrics, and cost efficiency KPIs across functions</li><li>Support make/buy, insourcing/outsourcing, and vendor rationalization decisions</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Analysis &amp; Decision Support</strong></p><ul><li>Build and review detailed financial models for new initiatives, ROI analyses, and scenario planning</li><li>Support executive‑level reviews with clear, concise, and actionable financial insights</li><li>Prepare materials for leadership reviews, budget committees, and board-facing discussions as needed</li></ul><p><strong>Controls, Compliance &amp; Governance</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure OpEx spend complies with company policies, approvals, and SOX/internal control requirements</li><li>Partner with Accounting, AP, and FP&amp;A to ensure accurate accruals, proper expense classification, and timely close</li><li>Support internal and external audits related to operating expenses</li></ul><p><strong>Process Improvement &amp; Systems</strong></p><ul><li>Drive continuous improvement in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes</li><li>Leverage financial systems and automation to improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency</li><li>Help scale financial processes as the organization grows and complexity increases</li></ul><p><strong>Scope </strong></p><ul><li>Functions supported: Engineering, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, G&amp;A</li><li>Stakeholders: VPs, SVPs, functional heads, FP&amp;A, Accounting, Procurement</li><li>Decision impact: Direct influence on cost structure, margins, and investment priorities</li></ul>",
