Mom’s Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is looking for upbeat, people-first individuals to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you’ll be one of the first friendly voices our Spanish-speaking customers connect with as they place meal orders. The starting wage is $18.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm with the potential for overtime starting at 7:00am. Company Overview Mom’s Meals is a home-delivered meal service providing fully prepared, refrigerated meal solutions direct to homes nationwide since 1999. We provide seniors, patients recovering post-discharge and those managing a chronic condition with tailored nutrition solutions to manage their specific needs. Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with our clients placing their meal order Address questions, and provide exceptional customer service Input order information into the appropriate client order screen Document all conversations with client into client information database Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/or fax when a special situation arises regarding one of their clients Work quickly and efficiently without making the client feel rushed Required Skills and Experience Fluent in Spanish and English (Spoken & Written) High school degree or GED 1 year of previous customer service experience Basic computer proficiency, including experience learning and using software in a work or school setting Clear oral communication skills Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints Prior experience adhering to company policies and showing core values Preferred Skills and Experience 1 year of previous call center experience Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures Physical Requirements Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus Our team members enjoy: Free Breakfast & Lunch Casual Dress Code Tiered growth path for promotion starting Day 1 Eligible for Referral Bonuses starting Day 1 Weekly paychecks PTO, 401k, & a Full benefits package
