Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p><p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Senior Director, Site Reliability Automation Engineer Team Lead</strong> to join our Production Services/SRE team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.</span></p><p><span><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps engineers across multiple locations and time zones.</span></li><li><span>Define and drive technical strategy for deployment automation and infrastructure reliability, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability of infrastructure and deployment systems.</span></li><li><span>Design, develop, and operate automation platforms supporting continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), leveraging backend services primarily in Python and Go.</span></li><li><span>Manage cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments, including MS Azure and on-prem Private Cloud, using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible, and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</span></p><ul><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\">Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
