Are you a problem-solver with the ability to develop and execute practical solutions? Join the team with great taste in this full-time office-based position at our Juneau, WI site.</p><p>What you’ll do:</p><ul><li>Provide end-to-end HR support across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning &amp; development, compensation, and benefits.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as the primary HR contact, advising leaders and employees on HR policies, procedures, and people-related matters.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage employee relations issues for union and non-union employees while ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate directives.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead recruitment activities, including approvals, job profile management, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination with recruiters and agencies.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee HR and payroll transactions (hires, terminations, promotions, salary changes) while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.&nbsp;</li><li>Support onboarding/offboarding, performance management cycles, change initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare HR reports, facilitate employee roundtables, and drive implementation of corporate HR strategies, policies, and process improvements.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you’ll bring:</p><ul><li>HRIS experience: Oracle Cloud or similar HCM/HRIS/ATS systems preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office packages, with strong Excel reporting skills required.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, preferably in Human Resources or a Business- related discipline or equivalent experience is required.</li><li>HR generalist experience of the full HR/employee lifecycle in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required, experience working with unions a plus.</li><li>Recruitment experience: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, preparing offers and coaching hiring managers</li><li>Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently managing employee relation issues.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>What you’ll get:</p><ul><li>Opportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per week.</li><li>An excellent salary and benefit offering as well as development opportunities.</li><li>A thorough and effective training experience during onboarding and beyond.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>About Sensient</p><p>Sensient Technologies Corporation is a leading global manufacturer and marketer of colors, flavors, and extracts.
