    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Job Title: <strong>Senior Procurement Specialist</strong></p><p>Location: Elwood KS (Kansas City Area) On -Site</p><p>Business Entity: Pro-Dig</p><p>Wage Range: Exempt</p><p>Department: Procurement / Inventory Control</p><p>Reports to: Plant Management</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is a senior level procurement position with daily interaction with Plant leadership, Scheduling, Engineering and Shop Personnel. &nbsp; The focus of this role is to maintain and improve current supply chains, both domestic and internationally (China) and procure the highest quality material and services at the best overall price within approved company policies to maintain current and forecasted production levels.&nbsp;</p><p>The business is a growing, fast-paced, high mix environment with approximately 25% of the products being custom engineered. &nbsp; Sourcing needs and requirements will be derived through MRP systems as well as through focused inventory level tracking for stock components. Oversight of all Inventory control functions in the facility will also be a responsibility of this position.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Position Summary</p><p>Join a growing manufacturing company where you can directly impact operations, cost, and supply chain performance. Pro-Dig is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to support our growing manufacturing operation. This role works closely with Plant Leadership, Engineering, Scheduling, and Shop teams to ensure materials are available to meet production demands.
