This role will focus on shaping foundational infrastructure for emerging digital value propositions, supporting strategic planning across core product lines, and driving integration of innovative solution providers into our platforms.<br/><br/>The ideal candidate will bring a blend of Digital Asset product strategy, technical fluency, and cross-functional leadership to help us build scalable, future-ready solutions that enhance operational efficiency and market relevance.</p>\n<p><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Lead Development of Foundational Infrastructure for Emerging Capabilities</strong></li>\n <li>Drive a multi-year roadmap to establish a foundational layer for future digital value exchange and tokenized services.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal and external partners to define phased solution requirements and ensure alignment with broader platform strategy.</li>\n <li>Oversee the execution of early-stage prototypes and transition successful concepts into productized capabilities.</li>\n <li><strong>Provide Strategic Support Across Core Product Lines</strong></li>\n <li>Act as a strategic advisor to product and project teams, particularly in areas related to account-based services and digital enablement.</li>\n <li>Offer guidance on market analysis, interested party engagement, implementation planning, and narrative development.</li>\n <li>Ensure strategic alignment between emerging initiatives and existing product portfolios.</li>\n <li><strong>Drive Integration of Innovative Solution Providers</strong></li>\n <li>Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with emerging technology providers that complement our strategic direction.</li>\n <li>Develop opportunity assessments and business rational to support integration into our platforms.</li>\n <li>Lead cross-functional efforts to onboard and operationalize selected partners, enhancing platform capabilities and market reach.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 10 years of related experience in product management, strategy, or innovation roles within financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology.</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with tokenization, digital infrastructure, or emerging financial technologies.</li>\n <li>Experience in platform strategy or ecosystem development.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase product initiatives from concept to launch.</li>\n <li>Strong critical thinking, analytical, and collaborator management skills.</li>\n <li>Experience working with external partners and navigating cross-functional environments.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.</li>\n <li>Proven experience in strategy development and business operations within the financial services industry.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with key partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><i>The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
