The Controller serves as a key member of the finance team reporting to our CFO. This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and self-driven leader to have a direct impact on the success of a dynamic, growing, global business across multiple product and service offerings. font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee the consolidation of financial results and preparation of consolidated financial statements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Implement policies, processes, and procedures to ensure a strong back-office organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Actively drive efficiency through automation and streamlining accounting processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Anticipate and ensure development and maintenance of robust, scalable global accounting capabilities (processes, systems, policies/procedures, organization and compliance) to support the company’s growth</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage global accounting and tax operations, including all statutory requirements for subsidiaries</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Oversee the accounting, tax and regulatory compliance and filings for domestic and international operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
