Your focus will be on strengthening core financial functions—global tax planning, financial planning &amp; analysis (FP&amp;A), budgeting, and audit—to ensure scalability, compliance, and long-term profitability.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Global Tax Planning &amp; Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a global tax strategy, including transfer pricing and cross-border tax efficiencies.</li>\n<li>Manage tax compliance and risk across multiple jurisdictions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Planning &amp; Budgeting</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead FP&amp;A to provide data-driven insights for strategic decisions.</li>\n<li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Audit, Accounting &amp; Compliance</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure robust US GAAP financial reporting and internal controls.</li>\n<li>Lead external and internal audits, ensuring full compliance for every party.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Treasury &amp; Capital Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage capital structure, cash flow, and corporate treasury.</li>\n<li>Oversee risk management and fund strategies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serving as the primary spokesperson to the English-speaking external parties (such as board members, investment banks, auditors, etc)</li>\n<li>Partner with the CEO on corporate strategy and operational efficiency.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor/Masters degree with proven experience as a CFO or Senior Finance Executive (e.g., VP of Finance/Financial Controller)</li>\n<li>Preferably serve as a Leader in a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">US-listed company</span></li>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">US GAAP</span>, audits, and public company compliance.</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">global tax planning</span>, transfer pricing, and multi-jurisdictional tax strategy.</li>\n<li>Strong background in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">accounting and audit</span> (Big 4 experience highly valued).</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Native/near-native English speaker</span> with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.</li>\n</ul>",
