This role is designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently and accepting assignments based on their availability.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p><ul><li>Perform mobile security assignments at client locations</li><li>Maintain a visible and professional presence</li><li>Observe, document, and report incidents or unusual activity</li><li>Provide professional customer service when interacting with residents, staff, or clients</li><li>Communicate clearly with dispatch and team members</li></ul><h2><strong>WORK STRUCTURE</strong></h2><ul><li>This is a <strong>flexible, part-time role</strong> with no guaranteed hours</li><li><strong>You are not required to accept assignments</strong></li><li>Assignments are offered as they become available, and you may choose when to accept</li><li>Opportunities for both short-duration assignments and longer shifts may be available</li></ul><h2><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></h2><ul><li>Starting at <strong>$20/hour for time worked on active assignments</strong></li><li>Minimum pay per assignment may apply</li><li>Opportunities for additional earnings and extended assignments</li><li>Overtime paid in accordance with applicable law</li></ul><h2><strong>VEHICLE REQUIREMENT</strong></h2><ul><li>Reliable personal vehicle required</li><li>Vehicle must be clean, safe, and presentable</li><li>Vehicle may be used while actively performing assignments</li></ul><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;“This is a temporary, on-demand, as-needed W-2 position.
