Fred Hutch’s Philanthropy department raises funds that accelerate cancer and related disease research, clinical research, and advance education to help Fred Hutch become the world’s best cancer center. Job Summary
The Program Coordinator, Data Philanthropy, is a member of the Data Philanthropy program and reports to the Senior Executive Director, Data Philanthropy. The Data Philanthropy program provides best-in-class data management, analytics, and technology solutions to strengthen donor engagement and drive revenue growth across the donor experience.
The Program Coordinator, Data Philanthropy, manages the essential day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the team as well as special projects related to the maintenance and growth of Philanthropy’s infrastructure and operational goals. The Program Coordinator, Data Philanthropy, is a hands-on role that works across the Data Philanthropy program to support and connect the team while keeping data organized and protected. This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused professional who is energized by data, technology, and web tools and how they can drive meaningful impact.
Some travel and weekend and evening work may be required.
This position is a hybrid role with a minimum two days per week at our South Lake Union campus.

Responsibilities
Perform first-level troubleshooting and investigation of constituent-related issues across data, technology, and website functionality. Document findings, escalate and track product support cases as needed.
Support the Reporting & Analytics and Project Management & Planning teams with task management to ensure timely progress.
Assist with data update requests ensuring privacy, accuracy, consistency, and clear prioritization of work.
Act as a trusted liaison across Data Philanthropy to ensure cross-team alignment with established workflows and standards.
Provide general administrative support for the team which may include answering emails and phones; providing meeting support including scheduling, drafting agendas, and taking minutes; managing ProCard and budget reconciliation; implementing electronic filing; and making conference room reservations.
Coordinate across teams to support program activities.
Respond to donor and/or internal inquiries while providing excellent customer service.
Responsible for complex data entry and data hygiene functions.
Carry out a portfolio of recurring assignments.
Follow established gift processing and gift handling procedures and documentation.
Collaborate to refine, improve, and document processes and process improvements.
Serve as an individual contributor; this role does not have people, program, or fundraising responsibility.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
One year work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficiency with Smartsheet and/or other project management software such as Asana, Microsoft Project, or Jira.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly developed organizational and information management skills.
Strong attention to a high level of detail and quality of work.
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a complex organization.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with a CRM, Raiser’s Edge/RENXT, or related fundraising software.
Ability to handle and respect confidential and sensitive information.
The hourly pay range for this position is from $31.26 to $44.51 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
Some travel and weekend and evening work may be required.
This position is a hybrid role with a minimum two days per week at our South Lake Union campus.
