They provide credit and sales support to Commercial Lending, analyze complex financial statements, and prepare credit analysis packages. Additionally, they serve as a secondary contact on client relationships, identify cross-sell opportunities, and assist in the loan process. The Portfolio Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the overall growth of the portfolio.Locations Available: Raleigh - Coastal Plains - Wilmington</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage larger commercial credits to ensure portfolio soundness, profitability, and growth.</li>\n <li>Provide credit and sales support to Commercial Lending.</li>\n <li>Analyze complex financial statements and prepare credit analysis packages.</li>\n <li>Serve as a secondary contact on client relationships.</li>\n <li>Identify cross-sell opportunities with new and existing clients.</li>\n <li>Assist in the loan process, including underwriting and closing.</li>\n <li>Prepare commitment letters and review loan documents.</li>\n <li>Assist lenders in their prospecting efforts.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements For Success</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting preferred.</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience in commercial lending.</li>\n <li>Proficient knowledge of credit policy, banking regulations, and loan documentation.</li>\n <li>Ability to analyze complex financial statements and tax returns.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively within the company's credit culture.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with in-house financial reporting applications, including Navigator.</li>\n <li>Good mathematical, reading comprehension, and writing skills</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Conditions of Employment</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check</li>\n <li>This is a full-time, non-remote position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FLSA Status</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Exempt</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Ready to take your career to the next level?
