    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Key Accountabilities&nbsp;</strong></p><p><i>Essential Functions:</i></p><ul><li>Operate &amp; control pressurized systems and test functionality of all field equipment</li><li>Safely spot &amp; rig up/down equipment into test stand consistent with company operating standards&nbsp;</li><li>inspect and identify equipment deficiencies during the course of testing and communicate to appropriate maintenance personnel.&nbsp;</li><li>Support maintenance staff in troubleshooting and correcting defects.</li><li>Follow &amp; adhere to predetermined inspection and testing criteria as outlined in testing procedures.&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize designated business systems to document test results and the work performed.</li><li>Perform pre-trip/DOT inspections to ensure road readiness of equipment.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform preventative maintenance on test stand facility as required, ensuring proper functionality of associated equipment, as well as good housekeeping.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform all other job duties as assigned by manager.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, ethical behavior &amp; commitment to the values of the company.&nbsp;</li><li>Thorough understanding of the company's safety policies and be able to apply them to daily tasks.&nbsp;</li><li>Familiar with the company's maintenance and operations standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to operate all company field equipment proficiently.&nbsp;</li><li>Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to learn company business systems that are specific to the job function.</li><li>Basic understanding of hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems.&nbsp;</li><li>Self-Motivation and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to operate forklifts, manlifts and CMV's.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Language Comprehension</strong></p><ul><li>The ability to understand and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, receive and respond to both safety and operations related directions in English.&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Required Education</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Minimum Required Work Experience</strong></p><ul><li>2 Years of Frac experience preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Required Licenses &amp; Certifications&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Valid Driver's License required.</li></ul>",
