editorial video content across Hearst Magazines’ portfolio while maintaining each brand’s unique voice and identity.</li><li data-section-id=\"1esm21c\" data-start=\"1026\" data-end=\"1165\">Lead end-to-end video production from concept development through distribution across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.</li><li data-section-id=\"12k9ftc\" data-start=\"1166\" data-end=\"1299\">Develop creative concepts and write compelling loglines, treatments, beat sheets, shot lists, and scripts for original programming.</li><li data-section-id=\"1ax63ug\" data-start=\"1300\" data-end=\"1414\">Direct on-camera talent and collaborate closely with production teams to execute engaging, high-quality content.</li><li data-section-id=\"rspx48\" data-start=\"1415\" data-end=\"1569\">Partner with Directors of Photography to uphold visual storytelling standards, ensuring excellence in framing, lighting, and overall production quality.</li><li data-section-id=\"1t4jniz\" data-start=\"1570\" data-end=\"1698\">Review edits and provide clear, actionable feedback on storytelling, pacing, graphics, music, and overall audience engagement.</li><li data-section-id=\"yosifc\" data-start=\"1699\" data-end=\"1821\">Pitch, develop, and launch original video franchises in collaboration with editorial, sales, and marketing stakeholders.</li><li data-section-id=\"18t1qs3\" data-start=\"1822\" data-end=\"1968\">Manage freelance crews and oversee Producers and Associate Producers as needed, fostering collaboration and creative excellence across projects.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)</strong></p><ul data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"3177\"><li data-section-id=\"uc1igo\" data-start=\"2014\" data-end=\"2172\">7+ years of creative production experience in celebrity interviews, lifestyle, unscripted, or related content, with significant experience in digital media.</li><li data-section-id=\"1vb2chc\" data-start=\"2173\" data-end=\"2273\">Proven ability to create highly engaging, internet-forward short-form and long-form video content.</li><li data-section-id=\"1qiq4k9\" data-start=\"2274\" data-end=\"2377\">Strong creative vision with a demonstrated ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.</li><li data-section-id=\"1hg3du4\" data-start=\"2378\" data-end=\"2492\">Deep understanding of all phases of video production, from development through post-production and distribution.</li><li data-section-id=\"prtbk5\" data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2587\">Experience developing original programming, writing treatments, and producing pilot content.</li><li data-section-id=\"nglg28\" data-start=\"2588\" data-end=\"2699\">Ability to manage multiple projects
