You’ll lead project management teams, manage performance, and ensure the field is supported every step of the way. Ace has a structured orientation/training 90-day training plan that will include considerable travel to the following cities before landing in the Kennesaw/Atlanta office: Jackson (TN), Jackson (MS), Columbus (OH), Valdosta (GA). </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct and support field operations across multiple job sites</li>\n<li>Coordinate workforce needs and ensure the right talent is in place</li>\n<li>Monitor project timelines, cost, and efficiency</li>\n<li>Partner with PMs, clients, vendors, and subcontractors</li>\n<li>Foster a positive, safety and performance-driven culture</li>\n<li>Support safety and HR policies in the field</li>\n<li>Coach and evaluate project managers </li>\n<li>Provide key operational insight to Division leadership</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Bring to the Team:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 5+ years in construction, electrical, or engineering; 3+ years in a leadership role</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education:</span> High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills:</span> Communication, leadership, planning, and the ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tools:</span> Comfortable using MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and reading technical plans</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">License:</span> Valid driver’s license required with no DUIs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Environment &amp; Physical Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p>This role requires field presence and physical mobility including:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working outdoors in all conditions</li>\n<li>Considerable Standing, Walking, Standing and occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs)</li>\n<li>Use of PPE and safe operations of company vehicles</li>\n<li>Travel may be required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Stand For:</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Equal Opportunity:</span><br>Ace Electric, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
